Hello All! This week I think most are back in town and its time to get together and share how Christ is revealing His gospel in our lives and those that he's put on our hearts.
The Francis Street group will also be combining with the Century group for the remainder of the summer and so we with a very large group we will meet at the Francis Park to give us lots of space. We are excited to grow quickly but know that this is not our long term plan. But for now get to know new people and let's get excited for this "good problem."
Last thing is for our first time as a big group should we do the following:
1) Bring your own picnic lunch for your own family
2) Order pizza and everyone bring money to contribute

Air Show Week
Have you heard the Blue Angels?! We have enjoyed watching them but not so much during nap time 😞.
This week I've heard from a lot that many are out of town, including U.S.!
Barbara and Kevin will be at Francis Park to watch the air show, let the kids play on the playground and fellowship with all of you.
Comment below if or if not you can come, and they will see you at Francis Park at 4pm.
Oh and good can be coordinated once we know who's coming.

Hillsboro Hops Game
Wow! What a full house we had this past week! We really enjoyed having everyone over and are grateful that all of you were so patient and intentional with "adult" conversations. We love having kids bring joy and laughter to our times together but we also want to allow for opportunities to go deep and be honest in our brokenness. Each week we will learn more about how best to encourage that, but we would also appreciate your prayers for us to hear the Holy Spirit's leading.
This Sunday, we will change venues and head out to the Hillsboro Hops game. It's on Sunday, 7/12 @ 4:05pm against the Spokane Indians. There is a lawn General Admisson area that we thought would be less confining and cheaper option. Tickets are $7+$1 fee, for ages 3+.
Please let me know by Friday, if your family can come and how many. We are happy to buy all the tickets up front to save on fees. We will also park at the Intel lot (thanks Eric!) and take the short walk over.

4th of July Weekend

Thanks to those who came for our inaugural century community group dinner. We had so much fun meeting new friends, and we missed those who couldn't make it.
We most appreciated honesty about what your hopes for the group would be and we look forward to sharing more about how Jesus is transforming our lives.
This week we'll have burgers grilling and hope you can join us.

Welcome to Century Community Group
Hello! We are so excited, nervous and hopeful to start a new community group in Hillsboro on Sunday's at 4-6pm. We are stepping out in faith in Christ, so that He will be the center focus of our group, and not us.
My name is Shaunes Haapala and along with my husband, Brian, our 8 month old twins, Peter & Seiya, plus our dog Fritz...we hope to provide a place to come together and share in how the Gospel is being worked out in our lives and transforming us.
We will break bread together and be honest in our brokenness with one another. We hope this will be an open and caring place to invite others in and see the family of Christ living life together.
Of course this isn't the only place and time this will happen. We also hope that we will meet outside of community group and church on Sunday's, to be involved in each others lives so that we can encourage and speak truth about the gospel continuously.
Our first meeting is this Sunday, June 28 at 4-6pm. We will be making personal pizzas, so bring along your favorite toppings. We will provide the crust, sauce and cheese.
We live at 6188 SE Golden Street and you can call/text with any questions.
